> Workshop: Pre-assessment tool for sustainable retrofit in Brussels
On Friday January 16th, 2015 B³RetroTool organizes a workshop concerning the “Development of a multi-criteria pre-assessment tool for the sustainable retrofit of Brussels“.
The workshop highlights how different city scales (city, municipality, neighborhood, city block, residential building) can become the key to sustainable renovation principles, considering heritage aspects, improvements in energy performance and reduced environmental impacts. The main objective for the B³-RetroTool project is to achieve a pre-assessment and prospective tool to retrofit the city, the neighborhoods, and its residential buildings in the context of sustainable development. During the workshop, a first version of the tool is presented to the main stakeholders in the Brussels Capital Region based on a renovation case.
